Arya Samaj Marriage in Delhi
Swami Dayananda Saraswati founded the Arya Samaj in 1875. Arya Samaj marriage is based on Vedic culture and traditions, and you can opt for it to celebrate your bond.
The marriage executed as per the Vedic traditions, the Arya Samaj marriage, is legally valid among Arya Samajists as per the Arya Samaj Marriage Validation Act, 1937, with the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Although Arya Samaj weddings are based on the Hindu style of tying the knot, the Arya Samaj does not believe in idol worship, which is why there is a difference between their weddings and Hindu weddings.
The Vedic rituals in the Arya Samaj marriages are quite simple. Like regular Hindu weddings, theirs are centered around a fire, where the hymns recited are explained to the wedding couple.
